At Forest Thyme Farm, Jorge and Jessica Jimenez began breeding rare chicken breeds in 2013. While continuing to breed Black Copper Marans, Ameraucanas, Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, and White Leghorns, they slowley moved on to Nigerian Dwarves. Pigs and cows are also raised on property. Reyna, the Armenian Gampr LGD while getting along with barn cats,protects all of these animals from the numerous local Mountain Lions, Coyotes, and Bobcats
